"How can someone chose to follow another team?"

Wow….I’ve never seen so much fan outrage after a win!  Fans booed after the game, rookie linebacker talks down to fans on twitter, Sonny openly questions Zorn’s play calling at a news conference and fans on the Redskins group message board post similar frustrations as I did before this game was even played.  Looks like I’m not the only fan that is getting tired of the excuses and mediocrity.  Wow, how big does the game in Detroit become this weekend?  Could you image the fan outrage/fall-out if Detroit ends their 19 game losing streak against the Skins?  I don’t think it is a stretch to say that the game against Detroit this weekend could be the most important game in franchise history!!

I for one hope the Skins go out and blast Detroit.  If not, Snyder might have to blow this team up AGAIN!  Another round of new coaches, with new players, playing in new systems and all while competing in the toughest division in football.  What Skins fan can look forward to that after 10 years of heartache?

I want my 2 year old son to grow up rooting for the Skins.  But that will be his CHOICE.  Tighten up!

If the Skins lose to the Rams…......

I’m changing my allegiance to the Ravens.  I’ve been a life long Skins fan but I’m to the point where I root for my fantasy football team more than I do for the Skins.  With the Skins it truly is “what have you done for me lately”.  Go out and beat a team convincingly.  Play with some heart.   Play with some pride.  Play with some smarts.  Lay it all on the line every single down.  Do it for the fans.  Do it for the team legacy.  Do it for Sean Taylor.  Stop playing for yourselves and start playing for the guy next to you.  When times get tough I don’t want to see heads-down, hands on the hips, fingers pointing.  Just go out and win on every single play.  That’s what your fans want to see.  Don’t give up and don’t give in.  Your motivation is glory.  Your motivation is no regrets.  The time is now.  We don’t want our kids growing up and rooting for the Cowboys, Eagles, Patriots, Giants, Steelers, etc.  We want to sing "Hail to the Redskins"….and feel the pride again.  This is your last chance for me.  Tighten up.
